DEBORAH OJONG OBASE

Deborah Obase, is the Customer Experience Manager. Deborah attended Foundation Bilingual Secondary School, Maiduguri for her secondary school education and later graduated in 2009 from Cross River State University, Calabar with a B Sc. (Hons) Biology Education. She undertook many courses to broaden her knowledge and acquire marketable skills in some areas including Human Resource Management, Health and Safety Management and Customer Service Management.

Prior to joining Dr. PhysiQ in June 2023, Deborah worked with Medview Airlines, Abuja, as Customer Service Representative/Ticket Reservation Officer before assuming the position of Administrative/Marketing Manager at Exford Global Consult Limited in 2021.

Since joining Dr. PhysiQ Centre, Ms Obase has brought in a breath of fresh air with innovations managing customer service teams, developing customer service strategies, and resolving customer complaints. She has been ensuring that every client that walks in through the doors have not only have a positive experience and are satisfied but are referring others to the Centre.
